Terms of service

Membership. Membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price is shown on the site and at checkout before you pay. Your price stays the same for as long as your membership stays active. The price for new members may rise as membership grows; if you cancel and later rejoin, you pay the price in effect on the day you rejoin. Prices are in US dollars and charged by Stripe.

Cancel any time. Cancel from your account page. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds. If a card fails, access pauses until payment succeeds.

Personal use. One membership is for one person. Do not share your sign-in link, repost ideas, or scrape the site. We may end a membership that is shared or abused, with a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

No advice. See the disclaimer. You are responsible for your own trades.

Availability. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uptime, delivery time of any idea, or data accuracy.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Marked Chart and its operators are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site 14 days before they take effect.
