What we collect. Your email, optional first name, subscription status, sign-in times, and the pages you view on this site. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it. To run your membership, send sign-in links and trade alert emails (turn them off any time from your account page or any alert email), and keep the service working. We do not sell or rent your data.

Cookies. One session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising trackers.

Third parties. Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), TradingView (chart widgets, which set their own cookies), Cboe and Yahoo Finance (market data).

Your choices. Email support@markedchart.com to export or delete your data. Deleting your account ends your membership.
